MDS Calculator

We developed the MDS Calculator for our partner, Rehab Solutions. We're displaying it here as well. You can use this tool to quickly and easily see the effect of changing any item included in the RUG IV Grouper. It includes rates for every part of the country as well as Case Mix Index (CMI) for most Case Mix states.  The tool is completely free to use.
